If you are interested in becoming a food vendor at Art of the Bay show, here are the kitchen details. 

If you require the kitchen, please be aware that you will be sharing the space with at least 2 additional food vendors.

We are currently contacting vendors who signed up with our pre-event application form.

If you are interested in participating as an artist, food vendor or comic store vendor

please fill out the following application form:

ART OF THE BAY VENDOR OPEN APPLICATION


You will be placed on the waitlist and a staff member will review your application. If spots become available,

we will contact you if your application has been approved and send you a PayPal invoice for booth reservation.

Exhibitors will be placed into 6 unique categories, depending on vendor type.

Additional vendors will be announced in the weeks to come, please be patient as we review applications.

If you do not require the kitchen and would like to sell your food items on a traditional vendor table, 

please fill out the exhibitor open application form and let us know which food items you would like to sell.

Please note, all food vendors (kitchen or table) must have a valid food permit to sell at the show.


ART OF THE BAY VENDOR OPEN APPLICATION

As a brand new art expo, we are seeking to work with amazing new talent! Since we've been behind the exhibitor table before, we know how financially difficult it can be to get started on your art journey. We want to help out those who have always said "I would like to showcase my art, but it's so expensive!" or "My art isn't ready, I don't want to showcase my work on such a large stage, I would prefer a smaller/medium sized expo". If you find yourself in any of these situations, we are here to help! :)

- Commercial-sized sinks, stoves and ovens
- Three refrigerators
- Plenty of serving space
- A pass-through window into the main expo hall​

- We are accepting applications starting now until March 31st
- We will review applications and art portfolios
- We will contact those chosen on April 3rd
- Those chosen will be offered a discounted vendor booth at the show

Please do not fill out form if you are an existing art vendor (already showcased your work at comic cons / art expos), this is mainly for brand new artists who have never showcased / sold their work at a public show

Please note, all vendors must have a valid sellers permit to sell at the show.
